Manual treadmills:
Manual treadmills are the cheapest treadmill from all other types available in the market. it doesn’t require any electricity to run you just need to walk on it and it will start rolling using its roller belt.

Consider the size:
Size is a matter to you when you have small space to keep your treadmill. Most of the treadmills have similar size on average 130 centimeters in length and 45 centimeters in width. So, decide which size is perfect for you.

Look at the speed:
Speed is vital if you want to buy a motorized treadmill. Consider choosing a treadmill that can raise 10-mile pace at the beginning. If you want to buy a manual treadmill then it's up to you how fast you can run.

Measure the flexibility:
If you don’t have enough space to set your treadmill inside your home then choose a fold-able treadmill so that you can store it when you finish your workout.

High tech display console and features:
If you want to monitor your running and walking session then you can choose a motorized treadmill because manual treadmill doesn’t provide many features for tracking all the running activities like minutes you run, distance in miles, heart rate measurement. Calories burning and much more. Make sure the display console is easy to understand and the operating system is handy. watch this video to know how to use a treadmill heart rate monitor.

Shock absorbing system:
Consider to buy a treadmill that has better shock absorbing system. If you walk on a treadmill and start instant running then it will not give you stability on running. Choose a smooth rolling belt to get better experience for running.

Warranty:
If treadmill cannot give you long service than it will be the total waste of money. So, take a treadmill that has a maximum warranty of 5 years. Normally manufacturers provide on average of a 10 years warranty for the treadmill motor.

Incline system:
Only running on a flat belt is not enough to reach your goal. If you want to make running hard that choose a treadmill that has incline system of a 90-degree angle. If you ever experienced hiking then you should know how incline system can give you better experience.

Running is fun if you continue it and get the result after all the hard training you do. So, consider all the factor that mentioned to make your running more enjoyable.
